Good news:

I think I might like my new job. I don't know, I just have a good feeling about it.

Sabi nga nung Sales Director when he interviewed me long long time ago (langyang UTI), 'I wouldn't have a problem with the organization or the people here. The only factor that might trigger me to leave is the job itself, whether i like the job. pero sa people walang problema".

It's so true. Well, first day pa lang so I can't really tell. But if first impressions last, and if first impressions are true, then I like my team. It's a very young team, as of now 6 kami sa department plus the Area Sales Manager and the Sales Director. Next week, may papasok na isa pang girl na Atenista. 6 kme- 3 girls, 3 guys... lahat ng girls galing ng ADMU, 2 guys are from UP, the other one (yung boss) is from San Beda. Friendly sila, and di sila nakaka-OP (kahit parang barkada sila, tapos ako bago).

Ang dami kong anecdotes...next time ko na lang ikwento...

Required ako matuto mag-Badminton!

Bad News:
Bad Trip! Di ko ma-withdraw yung remaining balance ko sa luma kong ATM payroll account!
Ang weird...nakalagay that my current balance is the Pxxxxx amount, pero zero yung available balance!!! Waaahh...

Other News:
Gigibain na yung Colayco! *sob sob* Dahil patatayuan ng P95 million student-center! Tapos inauction yung door signage ng Meco, tapos binili namin. Na kay kathryn sha ngayon! Sana yung bench na lang yung inauction..kso sinusurot yun eh. Kse yung signage naman galing sa BOA room eh di naman kme BOA room residents.

Crush ko si Fr. Ben! I love you Fr. Ben! Ang cute cute nya...kumakain siya ng pizza nung friday tapos naka-smile sha, parang batang kumakain ng ice cream! eh friday yun, dapat abstain sa meat, pero may hotdog yung pizza...heheh

And the big question is...

Ba't wala kang boyfriend?

For the nth time, I was asked with this question. And for the mth time, where m=n, I gave a logically lame answer.

Honestly, it doesn't gravely bother me the fact that I don't have or never had a boyfriend. Of course, once in a blue moon, I think to myself, 'ay, sana meron'. But again, it is not something I am aggressively looking for. I am content as of now and I know there are lots of girls out there who are also members of the SSB group, di'ba mga SAWI?

However, it's just that everytime I meet somebody new, my boyfriendlessness becomes a topic of conversation. And I find myself pondering on the same question...why oh why?

So where was I?

I hitched a ride a while ago with my new office mate. (First day pa lang naki-sabay na..haha kupal, pero he offered naman eh). He's going to pick up his mom and his girlfriend in UP and I remember I have an errand to run in Katipunan.

New officemate asked: Wala bang sumusundo sa'yo?
Me: Wala
New officemate: So wala kang boyfriend?
Me: Wala
New officemate: Ba't wala?
Nel thinks: Aba, malay ko!!!
Nel says: Ewan. Siguro dahil isip bata ako. (Pause). At saka feeling ng guy friends ko, guy ako.
New officemate says: Baka nga girls nga type mo.
Nel says: Hindi rin eh.
Nel thinks just now: Hmmph! I know may-pagkatomboyish ako, but Im very sure of my sexual preferences--that I like guys! I never had a crush on a girl. Which is, abnormal in an abnormal state of growing up in all-girls school. Gets? Basta since I studied and grew up in a school na normal ang may crush sa girls, and since ako, never had a crush on a girl, makes me abnormal.

So what's my point? That I am abnormal! heheh...

To apply my way of logic in answering the abovementioned question...

I don't have a boyfriend because I am abnormal!!!
(Yes, Nel!)

Yebba!!! I have an answer!!!

(Now I know I can never be a lawyer because of my twisted way of logic!)

I have been a hermit for a week! I just felt I needed to seclude myself from everybody so I declined all party invitations (I had around 5 invites during the long weekend) and I did not go online.
And now I'm back!

What have I been doing? Well, I was kind of hooked with this new GMA telenovela, Fullhouse. We had the series on VCD, so that's what I have been watching.

The Characters
Jessie is a novelist/writer wannabee.
Justine is a rising matinee idol
Luigi is an uber-handsome, rich gentleman
Lorraine is an annoying fashion designer

So what is it all about?

The story begins when Jessie's "friends" send her off to Shanghai telling her that she won an all-expense paid vacation. In the plane, she was seated beside Justine, who she accidentally puked all over.

In China, Jessie found-out that there was no all-expense paid vacation and that she has no money for the hotel stay and for the plane ticket back home. She gutlessly asked Justine to lend her money. Of course, Justine wouldn't lend her. So, she told this little white lie about her "relationship" with Luigi. Luigi is a very good friend of Justine and someone who Jessie just recently met.

When Jessie returned to Korea, she found out that her friends sold her house without her consent. The new owner is none other than the famous Justine.

To make the long story short, Jessie who has nowhere else to go and who has to pay off her debts was hired by Justine to be her household maid. For some reason, they entered a contact marriage making them appear as a couple to the public. They have to be married for 6 months and after the divorce, Jessie will have her house back.

Within this time Jessie finds herself falling for Justine (maybe because of his weird way of kindness). But Justine is in love with his childhood friend, Lorraine. Lorraine, however, likes Luigi. And Luigi has this growing interest for Jessie.

Though the plot is shallow, their story is very cute. The constant bickering followed by unexpected sweet moments between Jessie and Justine, is well, quite adorable. It is funny when Justine keeps on calling Jessie a chicken or a birdbrain but he gets extremely jealous when Jessie goes out with Luigi. It is amusing that Justine, who cannot express his feelings well, shouts at and gives orders to Jessie when he really means to say something nice.

Anyways, it is a mababaw and a kilig kind of series that is quite enjoyable. Recommended for those who wants to watch something kilig-able.
